Diverse-Cité is a Quebec-based non-profit organization developing a modern infrastructure for clubs, organizers and people in the libertine, BDSM and fetish communities.
Our mission: provide a safe meeting space, compliant with Quebec’s Law 25, and offer a digital health passport that integrates STI prevention into every member’s experience — without stigma, without obligation, without ads, without data resale.

Health passport

Secure app to manage your STI tests, vaccinations, and attestations. Data encrypted and stored locally on your phone. In partnership with sexual health clinics.
Communities and stamps
Expansion phase
Dedicated spaces (libertine, BDSM, fetish) with filtered access. Certification stamps to help certified members recognize each other, without excluding others.
How to access Diverse-Cité today
Access is by sponsorship. A current member invites you, you read and accept our community charter (five principles: respect, privacy, consent, help resources, human-scale moderation), and you join the network.
